Dr. Nicoleta Bobocea

Originally from Romania, Dr. Nicoleta Bobocea received her medical training from the Carol Davila University of Medicine in Bucharest. After moving to Canada, she completed her Masters of Pediatric Neuroscience at the University of Alberta and spent about five years supervising clinical research trials. However, Dr Bobocea found that she missed interacting directly with patients. She did her Family Medicine residency training at the University of Alberta and has been practicing general family medicine ever since. Her areas of interest are women's health and mental health. In her spare time, she enjoys cooking and canoeing.
