Dr. Raman Kumar

Medical Director

Dr. Raman Kumar graduated from McMaster University with his medical degree in 2015 and then completed his family medicine residency at the University of Alberta. After working in a group practice in Fort McMurray for a couple years, he embarked on his longtime dream of creating a multi-disciplinary healthcare facility. His areas of special interest include healthcare innovation, preventative medicine and medical education. In his spare time Dr Kumar enjoys spending time with his dog Maya, reading about history, and visiting family.

Dr. Lorella Ambrosano


After completing her professional training at the University of Cape Town in 2006, Dr Ambrosano practiced psychiatry for 12 years in South Africa before coming to Fort McMurray. Since then she has served as a consultant adult Psychiatrist, helping to address critical mental health needs in our community and refining her treatment approach to a broad range of psychiatric conditions such as psychosis, ADHD, PTSD as well as depressive and anxiety disorders.

Dr. Elliot Frank

Family Physician 

After completing 3 years of residency training at the University of Nebraska, Dr Frank has worked full time as a Family Physician in Fort McMurray. Although he is interested in all aspects of medicine, he has a particular interest in women's health, fertility medicine and medical procedures. He is a Montreal native whose personal interests include urban foraging, jogging, and a good cup of coffee.

Katie Sauret

Registered Psychologist

Katie obtained her Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and Sociology from Trent University and a Master's degree in Counselling Psychology from Athabasca University. She works with adults, adolescents and children with a special interest in anxiety and depression, PTSD, motherhood challenges and a variety of other life stressors. She approaches counselling in a way that is straightforward yet empathic, sensitive and open minded. Katie is certified in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) for trauma treatment. In her free time she enjoys travelling, hiking and spending time with her husband and two young children.
